BUILDERS CLEANS - Whether a small private developer, housing association or national builder we offer a range of services and already operate at several sites throughout the region.

INITIAL HOUSE CLEAN

All materials and equipment used comply with any relevant British safety standards. 

Floor surfaces are either vacuumed, swept, mopped and left in a clean condition.
All skirting boards wiped down and left free from plaster and dust.
Kitchen units / worktops are thoroughly cleaned internally and externally including the removal of tape and labels.
Sanitary ware including shower units, taps and fittings are cleaned and polished.
Wall tiles to be cleaned, excess grout and paint removed and left shiney.
Light switches and sockets are cleaned and all paint marks removed.
Radiators and  thermostat valves are cleaned and dusted.
Stairscases are cleaned and balustrades dusted.
Airing cupboards have shelves wiped, water cylinder dusted and debris / rubbish removed from the floor.
All internal doors are wiped or dusted depending on the finish.
Windows are cleaned inside and out using reach and wash system where necessary together with removal of stickers and paint.

UPVC window frames and soffits are cleaned using reach and wash system

All works to be approved and signed off by Site Manager upon completion.

SPARKLE CLEANS - As Initial Clean plus:

Internal window frames and cills to be dusted.
Air fresheners placed in the property.
Toilet fresheners  placed in W.C.s

Externally

Windows and U.P.V.C. window frames to be cleaned externally.
Gutters,downcomers,garage doors and fascias to be cleaned throughly.

Site manager to check on completion prior to the final inspection and handover to the customer.

Any defects, scratches, damage or water marks are reported to Site Manager.

SHOW HOMES / SALES OFFICES

To be cleaned weekly, fortnightly or monthly as agreed with Sales / Site Manager.

Floor areas to be thoroughly either vacuumed, mopped and spot cleaned.
All surfaces including walls, doors, woodwork, switches and radiators are dusted and spot cleaned/polished as required.
Kitchen units, worktops and appliances to be cleaned and polished.
Furniture to be dusted and polished.
Ornaments, pictures etc to be cleaned, polished and replaced.
Sanitary fittings to be cleaned, dusted and polished.
Cupboards and shelve are cleaned and polished.
Mirrors and internal glass are cleaned.
Air fresheners replaced when necessary
Windows, and patio doors are to be cleaned external.
External frames and cills cleaned
Signage boards cleaned
